A few Facts about me and the life I live...
1.) I'm a small town girl. I'd like to visit a million big cities but I could never live in
them. I used to think when I was a teenager (WOW I'm pretty sure that statement
makes me old!) I wanted to get as far from here as possible. But now, I want to be here
in the place I was rasied. I want to give back to a community that gave to me in various
ways over my lifetime. Staying close to those who love me... PLUS I could never live to far
away from all my BFs, I LOVE you ladies!
2.) I have the most AMAZING husband in the world. He is my beloved and he holds
the key to my heart. Brenton is a supportive friend, an adoring father and the kind of
man I couldn't live without.
3.) My kids ROCK! They are everything I want in children but nothing I would've
picked out myself! Ella is 3. She's all sass, talk and movement. She's a fire cracker
alright but she's a friendly little thing, a true Mother Hen. Colin is 1. He's ALL B.O.Y
and has a temper to match... his fathers ;)! He likes to throw stuff, smash stuff and make loud sounds! BUT he's a cuddley little snuggler too. My life will never be the same because of those two...
4.) I LOVE MY JOB! The people, the places, the creativity!?!?! It just SCREAMS: Lindsay! I've never had formal training. I prefer the term Photo Artist over Photographer. My business IS one of my children. My oldest baby is Brenton, then it's Ella, then Colin and of course Off the Wahl with Lindsay. O! And I'm a canon lover.
5.) Jesus Christ is my Savior. Nope, I'm not going to preach at you while we're on location shooting BUT I won't deny it because I know that all I have and all that I am is because of Him.
6.) I like old movies (No, REALLY old movies, anything before 1955), sweet tea is my drug of choice, I'm a book worm, a gardener, a chocolate lover (but who isn't?!) and I like LOTS of different kinds of music! I'm inspired by TONS of local female photographers! So if you're a photog I stalk/talk to on facebook, yes you inspire me!
7.) I'm a dork, I crack myself up. I'm one of those werid gals that DOESN'T really enjoy pregnancy BUT I enjoy the reward. (i.e. my babies!) I'm a list maker, a mother, a friend, a sister and a daughter! I love ALL my parents and sisters and brother. I have great friends and an amazing support system that allows me to do what I do!
